Program Overview:

Develop the leadership capabilities of your high-potential staff before they step into a leadership role. This will enable you to retain outstanding staff members who are looking to progress in the organisation and will provide a pool of talent which can fulfil leadership responsibilities with confidence and skill. Participants will:

  • Gain insights into leadership strengths and how to apply these in the workplace

  • Learn how to develop and sustain a high performing team

  • Develop awareness of how a leader’s decisions impact the organisation’s profitability

  • Learn techniques to build leadership presence and to promote personal brand.

Key Learning Outcomes:

  • Individual personality profile using the world-renowned Myers-Briggs Type Indicator – includes 10-page report

  • Customisable program built from our suite of Leadership modules

  • 2 x half hour individual goal setting and coaching sessions (virtual)

  • A work-based project to embed learning and provide a return on investment for the organisation. The project will entail implementing an improvement initiative or an alternative project negotiated with facilitator

  • Continuous learning reinforcement throughout the pathway including on-the-job prompts delivered directly to your inbox.

  • Developing your emotional intelligence

  • How teams work

  • Communicating with confidence

  • Personal branding and leadership presence

  • Managing your work priorities

  • Running meetings

  • Finance fundamentals.

Program Inclusions:

  • Delivered as a flexible learning solution (6 or 12 months is a suitable term)

  • Each Leadership Development Pathway program addresses the learning needs for different tiers of leaders in your organisation 

  • Program content that is driven by activities which leaders can deploy with their teams

  • Time-honoured and leading-edge methods, models and techniques relevant to today’s complex and ever-changing workplace

  • Program design that includes continued reinforcement of learning through group learning with an engaging and dynamic facilitator, workplace projects, personal coaching, insight using diagnostic tools (such as MBTI) and on-the-job prompts during the program journey. 



  • 4x days (equivalent) live facilitated learning or can be delivered virtually

  • Flexible delivery path over 6 to 12 months.
