for: Middle and Senior Leaders

Program Overview:

Ensure you maximise the talents of leaders in these crucial roles through the transformative experience of gaining insights into the effectiveness of each leader’s behaviours. Through the development of critical skills in negotiating, influencing, presenting and strategic planning, these middle and senior leaders will be well placed to deliver outstanding results through the organisations most powerful resource – its people. Participants will:

  • With the support of a coach, gain powerful insights into the impact a leader’s behaviour has on others

  • Develop advanced interpersonal skills which lead to strong outcomes by knowing how to negotiate, resolve conflict and influence stakeholders towards a desired outcome

  • Grow capacity to build and reinforce the right organisational culture, to sustain and produce behaviours which will enable the organisation to succeed

  • Learn how to deliver engaging messages to influence an audience of any size 

  • Develop techniques to generate simple strategic plans using creative thinking and planning methods.

The Pathway:

  • One hour Ideation session with key stakeholders to capture key messages to support contextualisation of program themes

  • 4 days (equivalent) live facilitated learning delivered virtually or face to face over a 6 to 12-month period

  • 360-degree diagnostic using the Life Styles Inventory (LSI) to illuminate and target specific areas for development with the support of a coach

  • Customisable program built from our suite of Leadership modules

  • 4 hours of individual coaching (virtual)

  • Work-based project to embed learning and provide a return on investment or the organisation. The project will entail having to deliver an outcome that requires cross-functional team collaboration, or an alternative project negotiated with facilitator

  • Continuous learning reinforcement throughout the pathway period including on-the-job prompts delivered directly to your inbox.

  • Developing your emotional intelligence

  • How teams work

  • Communicating with confidence

  • Personal branding and leadership presence

  • Managing your work priorities

  • Running meetings

  • Finance fundamentals.
