Program Overview:

Earn a professional development training that can grow the communication and team development skills of your team leaders by ensuring they have mastered techniques to support each team member to meet and exceed performance expectations. By knowing how to support, coach and develop each team member the team leader will be well on the way to using the strengths and talents of their team to enable success.

Participants will:

  • Learn team communication processes that enable efficient problem -solving, decision making and collaboration

  • Develop the right habits to manage both operational responsibilities and the “people” side of leading a team

  • Use feedback and coaching techniques to empower team members to achieve and surpass performance expectations

  • Develop skills to manage change effectively

  • Learn how to conduct challenging conversation that build trust and produce outcomes.

The Pathway:

  • 5 days (equivalent) live facilitated learning delivered virtually and face to face over a 6 to 12-month period

  • Individual personality profile using the world-renowned Myers-Briggs Type Indicator – includes 10-page report

  • Customisable program built from our suite of Leadership modules

  • 4 x half hour personal goal setting and personal effectiveness coaching sessions (virtual)

  • Work-based project to embed learning and to provide immediate return on investment. The project entails designing and implementing a Team

  • Development Plan to achieve an organisational objective, or an alternative project negotiated with facilitator

  • Continuous learning reinforcement throughout the pathway period including on-the-job prompts delivered directly to your inbox.
