With over two decades of experience dedicated to understanding the dynamics of 'people at work,' Elena partners with leaders and leadership teams to unlock their potential, build stronger connections, and make a greater impact.

During her corporate career, Elena held senior leadership positions, led multi-disciplinary teams, and regularly interacted with boards. Since then, she has worked with a diverse range of organisations as a coach, facilitator and consultant, helping them to advance their leadership and organisational development agendas.

Elena has a keen eye for potential and a passion for fostering growth, both in people- management capabilities, and in leadership’s capacity to understand, interpret, and respond to increasingly complex challenges. Elena’s clients value her customised, balanced approach, where her pragmatic positivity and experienced, interactive facilitation and coaching techniques combine to deliver timely and effective results.

Elena has a Bachelor of Arts with a behavioural science major, a Graduate Diploma of Leadership, Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, she holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she is a certified neuro-leadership coach, and a certified organisational and team coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). She is accredited to utilise a range of great psychometric, diagnostic and 360 tools including Team Management Profile (TMP), DiSC, Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Leadership Impact (LI) and the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS).
