A certified organisational coach by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and a life coach by Robbins Madanes Life Coaching Training, Mariana also holds the SCMP certification from the Global Communication Certification Council. In 2022, she won three consecutive public speaking and leadership contests with Toastmasters International in Canberra and regionally with her inspirational speech, "From Perfect to Imperfect."

Beyond her professional achievements, Mariana volunteers for Vinnies Night Patrol, supporting community members in need, and serves as Director of Diplomacy for the Australia Latam Emerging Leaders Dialogue.
