Peter is a learning and organisational change specialist with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. He is passionate about developing and implementing bespoke learning solutions that support genuine organisational change.
After working in a number of roles as a facilitator, consultant and learning and development manager, from 2010 to 2017 Peter worked as the organisational development manager for a large consultancy. Throughout these roles he has developed a quality understanding of how to deliver successful end to end learning and change projects.
Peter has performed in a number of senior leadership roles and brings a genuine depth of experience and capability to his consulting work. He is a dynamic facilitator and his engaging and insightful style always garners excellent feedback.
