Shelton brings a unique ability to connect and relate to people and is skilful in facilitating group dynamics, he leads with compassion, understanding how to support individuals and groups to connect with themselves and each other for optimising their collective potential. He has designed and delivered soft skill workshops to increase communication and interpersonal skills as well as running men’s wellbeing workshops.
