Program Outline

About this Program

Regular mindfulness practice can have a powerful impact on both personal wellbeing and workplace performance. This introductory series explores the science of mindfulness and how simple, consistent practices can improve focus, sleep, mental clarity, relationships and overall wellbeing.

Participants are introduced to practical mindfulness techniques and habits that can help reduce stress, increase resilience and support greater productivity and presence in everyday life.

Like all People Tank programs, the series is practical, interactive and designed for immediate real-world application, with opportunities for reflection, discussion and meaningful learning throughout.

Program Topics

Session 1: Understanding the science of mindfulness.

Session 2: Tuning in, not out.

Session 3: The cognitive skill of gratitude and optimism.

Session 4: Kind-fullness, connection and compassion.

Delivery Options

• 4x 1hr sessions
• These can be delivered fortnightly or monthly.

Audience

• This series would suit groups of up to 15 team members and/or leaders
• This series is for those new to mindfulness or those who have had some experience and looking to broaden out their practice or get their mindfulness practice back in action.
