Frontline Leaders Program

The Frontline Leaders Program is a hands-on, blended learning experience designed for team leaders, supervisors, and coordinators who are responsible for managing people and performance at the frontline of the organisation. Often promoted based on technical skill, these leaders are the face of daily operations - influencing culture, safety, service delivery, and team morale.

This program provides frontline leaders with the confidence, structure, and tools to lead teams effectively, set clear expectations, have challenging conversations, and build trust - all while balancing day-to-day operational demands.

Delivered through a blend of in-person workshops and virtual sessions, the program focuses on real-world application, team dynamics, and practical tools that can be immediately implemented back on the floor.

Learning Objectives:​​

 

  • Develop foundational leadership capabilities for those leading frontline teams

  • Build confidence in managing people, tasks, and daily operations

  • Equip leaders with practical tools to give feedback, build trust, and manage accountability

  • Support the shift from team member to team leader with clear communication and expectations.

Audience: Team Leaders, Coordinators, Supervisors, or First-Line Managers

Blended Duration: 1.5 days in-person (1 full day + 0.5-day follow-up) + 2 x 90-minute virtual sessions
