What Size Groups Do These Programs Facilitate? All programs are flexible to accommodate the right number of participants to elevate the impact of learning. For Leadership Development programs, we recommend the following group sizes: Virtual Programs - Up to 20 participants In-Person / Onsite Training Programs - A minimum of 12 participants and maximum of 20 participants.

How Does the 'Pick & Pack' Learning Model Work? The Pick & Pack Leadership model is a flexible, low-cost training option that supports leadership development, paired with Group Coaching (Learning Tanks) to further embed the knowledge gained and elevate the leadership experience. The following steps provide you with a simple path to choose your leadership journey with us. All programs are delivered as half-day facilitator-led, in-person training sessions, paired with a 90-minute virtual Learning Tank (Group Coaching) between 6-8 weeks after the training session. To set up your journey, the path to leadership includes: Choose 2-6 modules (topics) from our Pick & Pack topics Identify what topics align to your business challenges Schedule time with People Tank to discuss tailoring your training for your leaders Build your leadership journey Engage with your experts We go to work and develop your program series and coordinate your training schedule with you. We evaluate each workshop to provide immediate insights to your leaders development.
