The Power Up Middle Managers Program is designed for experienced team leaders, coordinators, or mid-level managers responsible for leading others while driving business outcomes. Positioned between frontline execution and strategic direction, middle managers play a pivotal role, translating vision into action, managing team performance, resolving conflict, and navigating change.​

 

This blended learning experience strengthens leadership capability by building the mindset, communication skills, and operational tools middle managers need to influence across levels, manage complexity, and lead high-performing teams.

Through a combination of in-person workshops and virtual sessions, the program balances practical tools with reflection and peer dialogue, supporting managers to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact.
