The Step Up Emerging Leaders Program is designed for individuals transitioning into leadership roles for the first time, whether newly appointed or preparing for a future people management position. This blended program equips emerging leaders with the foundational skills, mindset, and tools to lead with clarity, confidence, and care.

Through interactive workshops and virtual sessions, participants explore what it means to lead self and others, build strong communication habits, manage priorities, and set expectations with credibility. The program also supports the often-overlooked emotional shift from team member to team leader, offering guidance and coaching for a successful transition.

  • Increase self-awareness and emotional intelligence

  • Develop core leadership skills, including communication, delegation, and feedback

  • Build trust, influence, and team engagement

  • Successfully transition from team member to team leader.

Audience: Aspiring or first-time people leaders

Blended Duration: 2-day in-person + 2 x 90-minute virtual sessions (or customise to suit your needs)
