About this Program
Sleep Well, Lead Well helps organisations address one of the biggest yet most overlooked drivers of wellbeing, performance and productivity - sleep. Poor sleep can impact physical and mental health, increase burnout risk and contribute to reduced workplace performance and absenteeism.
Grounded in research from Deakin University, this practical workshop provides strategies to improve sleep quality and reduce symptoms of insomnia, helping participants feel more energised, focused and engaged at work and beyond.
Like all People Tank programs, the workshop is interactive, practical and designed for immediate real-world application, with opportunities for reflection, discussion and actionable learning.
