About this Program

Trust is at the heart of every strong personal and professional relationship. This engaging workshop helps participants understand what genuine trust looks like, why it matters and how it influences communication, collaboration and long-term success.

Using Vanessa Hall’s TRUST WALL framework, participants explore practical strategies to build trust consistently and confidently with colleagues, clients and teams in a range of workplace situations.

Like all People Tank programs, the workshop is practical, interactive and designed for immediate workplace application, with opportunities for reflection, discussion and real-world learning throughout.
