About this Program

Most roles involve some level of stress, whether from competing priorities, deadlines or demanding interactions. This practical half-day resilience workshop provides participants with the tools and strategies to better manage stress, protect wellbeing and reduce the risk of burnout and fatigue.

In a supportive and psychologically safe environment, participants explore simple, sustainable self-care practices that help build resilience, maintain energy and support long-term wellbeing at work and beyond.

Like all People Tank programs, the workshop is practical, interactive and designed for immediate workplace application, with opportunities for reflection, discussion and real-world learning throughout.

• This is a half-day course, either virtual or face-to-face.
