Program Outline

About this Program

This practical communication workshop equips participants with strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of their communication in a range of workplace situations. Participants develop skills in active listening, questioning techniques, voice and tone, body language and interpreting non-verbal communication.

Using the DiSC behavioural assessment model, the workshop also helps participants better understand their own communication style and how to adapt their approach to build stronger relationships, confidence and connection with others.

Like all People Tank programs, the workshop is practical, interactive and designed for immediate workplace application, with opportunities for reflection, discussion and real-world learning throughout.
