This practical Conflict Resolution workshop helps participants better understand the dynamics that contribute to workplace conflict and how to respond constructively in challenging situations.
Participants explore common responses to conflict, develop collaborative communication skills and practise strategies for managing difficult conversations, challenging behaviours and early intervention to support positive outcomes.
