The ability to influence others is an essential skill in today’s workplace. This practical workshop introduces participants to effective influence strategies that can be applied across everyday interactions with stakeholders, clients and team members.
Participants explore techniques such as building rapid rapport, creating persuasive messages, communicating assertively and managing emotions to strengthen communication and achieve more positive workplace outcomes.
Like all People Tank programs, the workshop is practical, interactive and designed for immediate workplace application, with opportunities for reflection, discussion and real-world learning throughout.

Module 5 - Engage and Motivate
