About this Program

This introductory session provides participants with a practical overview of Generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot, helping build understanding and confidence in using AI tools within the workplace.

Participants explore the core capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot, key differences between Copilot and Copilot Chat, the GCSE taxonomy, interface navigation and the prompt gallery, while gaining insight into how AI can support productivity and everyday work tasks.

Like all People Tank programs, the session is practical, interactive and designed for immediate workplace application, with opportunities for discussion, reflection and real-world learning throughout.

Workshop content can be tailored to organisational needs and may include interactive activities, practical case studies, facilitated discussions, reflection exercises and workplace application strategies.
