About this Program

This hands-on training session introduces participants to Generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot, helping build practical skills and confidence in using AI across the Microsoft 365 environment.
Participants explore the capabilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot, key differences between Copilot and Copilot Chat, effective prompting techniques across M365 applications, the GCSE taxonomy, interface navigation and the prompt gallery.
Like all People Tank programs, the course is practical, interactive and designed for immediate workplace application, with opportunities for hands-on learning, discussion and real-world practice throughout.
