About this Program
Designed for Change Champions, this hands-on training session introduces participants to Generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to support AI adoption within their teams and organisations.
Participants explore Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities, differences between Copilot and Copilot Chat, effective prompting techniques across M365 applications, the GCSE taxonomy, interface navigation and the prompt gallery.
Like all People Tank programs, the course is practical, interactive and designed for immediate workplace application, with opportunities for hands-on learning, discussion and real-world practice throughout.
