Dan is a product leader and AI facilitator who has spent more than a decade helping build things that didn't exist, and then training people to use them. He has designed and delivered programmes across fintech, martech, occupational health and safety, and government, to audiences including Queensland Government, the City of Melbourne, the AFL, Singtel, and ANZ.
His AI credentials are practitioner-grade. As Head of Product at Caleb & Brown, Dan led the company's broader AI adoption: deploying Zoom's AI telephony and conversation intelligence, rolling out Intercom’s Fin AI across the support function, and training team members and department heads to own these tools. Today, through his own consultancy, he guides business leaders to implement AI in live production environments.
Dan has been hands-on with AI tools since early 2023 and is fluent across the full modern stack: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity, covering prompt engineering and productivity, generative AI for leaders and teams, agentic workflows, and AI governance and risk. He has spoken at the Zoom AI Customer Roadshow (2025) and the Fraud & Financial Crime Summit (2024).
