Jacky

Inclusive Leadership & Neurodiversity Consultant

Newcastle, NSW

Experience

Jacky is a leadership coach, facilitator and consultant who helps organisations strengthen leadership capability, build inclusive cultures and create the conditions for people and teams to perform at their best.

Jacky brings more than 25 years’ experience inside complex commercial environments, including banking and finance, insurance and retail, with a career spanning marketing, brand, leadership development, L&D and cultural change. This gives her a grounded understanding of what it takes to align people and performance in real organisations.

Her work focuses on where leadership, culture and inclusion meet. She is known for translating complex and sensitive topics, including neurodiversity and inclusive leadership, into clear, practical actions business leaders can apply in the real world.

Jacky brings both professional expertise and lived experience to this work. She is a neurodiversity advocate and ally, and her interest in this space deepened through her family’s own neurodiversity journey and her own experience discovering her neurodivergence. Neurodiversity has become both a professional focus and personal area of deep study, with Jacky continually engaging with emerging research, practical workplace applications and lived-experience perspectives. In 2023, she founded AUsome Mums, a local peer support group for mothers of autistic children.

Jacky holds a Master’s in Organisational Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, a Bachelor of Communications and accreditations in a range of leadership, coaching and development tools.
