Collaborate

Discover: Using custom-built, interactive Miro boards, underpinned by design thinking, our trained and experienced Learning Designers guide you through a set process of discovery to fully understand the learner's needs, the business context, and what success looks like. Included here is support around what is needed for the most successful uptake to be experienced at the end of the project.
During the Discovery stage, you can expect us to run interactive and engaging workshops, interviews with your stakeholders and a robust content analysis of existing materials and knowledge.

Design: With a proper Discovery complete, we take this intel and collaborate with internal stakeholders to design the most ideal learning program. Where applicable, we will utilise our pre-existing content, otherwise, we will build a bespoke program in collaboration with your content matter experts. This design process will result in the creation of a high-level design document, a storyboard (for e-Learning) or prototypes of learning resources and the creation and presentation of an Uptake Plan that will provide expert advice on the things you should be considering early in the process to ensure the most successful uptake after delivery.

Develop: With a high-level design and storyboard or prototypes confidently signed off by all parties; we move into the development of assets ready for internal testing and review. Here we will call in the experts you need from our team to build exactly what you need. You will have plenty of opportunity for review, feedback and input as the assets evolve.
The Develop stage will move through an Alpha build, where you can see early indicators of progress, a Beta round, where the nearly final product is ready for review and testing and then a final delivery stage, where we deliver the asset we planned for.

Deliver: When everyone is happy, we deliver the final product in readiness for uptake and work with your internal team to up-skill them to deliver if needed.

Uptake: When all is set in place, we work with you to ensure uptake is successful, elevating your organisation as a result of our partnership. It's in our best interest too, for the learning we create to get the most exposure and meet the initial desired outcomes. And our post-delivery coaching will support this to be a reality.
