Bec has been creating beautiful learning design for over 20 years now. Combine this with her degree in Human Services and her fascination with human behaviour and psychology and what results is a mixed bag of unique and powerful skills that can change behaviour through learning.

Bec has worked with some of Australia’s premium blue-chip brands to create real change. She has also applied her skills in government departments, the private sector, community, and public services and more recently with the learning studio at Deloitte. This breath of experience and exposure means she brings learning design that is both thoughtful, impactful and proven to work in some of the toughest settings.
