Jenny has over 20 years’ experience in Organisational Development, optimising capability, performance and culture across a broad range of industries in the private, public and nonprofit sectors in Australia, Europe, SE Asia, South Africa.

Jenny holds an MBA (Macquarie Graduate School of Management), Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), is
a qualified coach (AIEC) and an accredited facilitator. She is also accredited in Hogan, FourSight
and Lego Serious Play (an innovative methodology for thinking, communicating and problemsolving).

Experience includes Identifying and addressing strategic issues relating to Organisational Change, particularly the impact on culture, team building and dynamics, business processes, performance and development. She has consulted with key stakeholders and SME’s to understand business and development needs and co-ordinated relevant programs and projects, tailoring content to diverse corporate cultures and audiences.

Jenny has had extensive experience in executive and career coaching with a diversity of senior leaders across a range of industries. Her combination of Psychology, Change Management, Career Transition Management, Learning & Development and IT skills and experience enable her to address organisational challenges and initiatives from both systemic and interpersonal perspectives. Jenny is particularly interested in understanding both organisational and individual goals and focusing on the congruency of these and the impact this has on performance, productivity and well-being.
