Richard

ILLUMINATOR OF IDEAS | LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT & CUSTOM PROGRAMS

Richard is a “Potentialist" and has been working within the personal and professional development industry for 30+ years.

Richard has travelled nationally and internationally speaking and coaching on self-leadership, leadership and team dynamics across 60+ industries and business sectors. With an interest in human potential and high performance began early and he completed a degree in human movement as well as a diploma of education at Victoria University.

After graduating Richard worked as a high performance coach with VFL/AFL club North Melbourne, the Victorian State Cricket Squad and a variety of national and international athletes for a period of 8 years.
He was also the manager of a large renown health and fitness facility, and led a team of 60+ people for a period of ten years before becoming fully self employed in 1990.

After working with elite athletes and teams for a period of ten years Richard decided to apply many of the high performance strategies he had used with athletes and transfer them across to the corporate sector firstly as a health coach/consultant with HBA and then as an independent health and performance coach to a range of private and professional clients and businesses.

Recently Richard completed post graduate studies at Charles Sturt University in leadership and organisational coaching which has enabled him to offer a broader range of professional skills to individuals, businesses and companies wanting to improve their performance.

Richard’s purpose is to “Co-create inspiration and empowerment"

He is the author of “You-nification – Strategies to Increase your Impact, Influence, and Income” an inspirational book that delivers massive content and sound strategies to play the game of life and to the best of your abilities.
