A highly experienced classroom, boardroom and online facilitator, Steve is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and has Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) accreditation. With a further 7 years management-level experience, Steve is able to bring a vast amount of experience in the ‘real world’ to provide not only training, but problem solving.
