This practical training program equips leaders, managers and teams with the tools and understanding needed to create supportive and neuroinclusive environments for employees with ADHD. Participants explore common workplace challenges, practical adjustments and strategies to better support wellbeing, focus and performance.
The workshop also highlights the unique strengths and contributions individuals with ADHD can bring to the workplace, helping teams foster greater inclusion, respect, collaboration and productivity.
