As Microsoft Copilot was introduced across the organisation, a leading Australian insurance provider recognised that successful AI adoption required far more than enabling new technology.

 

To maximise the return on investment, employees needed the confidence, practical skills and behavioural change required to integrate AI into their everyday work. The organisation sought a trusted learning partner to help accelerate adoption, build capability and ensure employees could use Microsoft Copilot safely, effectively and productively.

Our Solution

Over the past two years, People Tank has partnered with one of Australia's leading insurance providers to design and deliver a comprehensive Microsoft Copilot learning and adoption program.

Delivered virtually across Australia and New Zealand, the program combined highly interactive facilitator led workshops with live demonstrations, guided practice and practical workplace scenarios that participants could immediately apply.
